I went on a 10 mile mountain bike ride at Ft. Tuthill. I am trying to work on my dirt/trail/rocks riding muscles in addition to my road biking muscles. It was great getting out in the 70 degree weather this afternoon!
Enjoying a post-ride beer which watching Derek still stuff.
Derek grilled hamburgers for lunch. We had s’mores for dessert. Ashton used his science experimental knowledge to ensure that we could continue to enjoy s’mores if ever Flag has a city-wide grill fire ban. He created Franken-mallow!
Franken-mallow did not last long!
I want to be the badass cowgirl that my shadow says I am every day! Some days it is tough, but I’m trying to live up to it!
