Fiesta! Christmas in April!

This morning we enjoyed waffles and sausage for breakfast while pork and green chile stewed in the slow cooker for dinner later in the day. Ashton joined me on his scooter as I went for a mid-morning run in the warm sunshine. It was nice to have a the company as well as a great pacer and cheerleader. After we returned home, I vacuumed and mopped all of the floors (yippee). After getting cleaned up, I typed the minutes up from our band board meeting last night and sent them out.  About 3pm, we shredded the pork and I made red and green enchiladas (New Mexico Christmas!!!), rice, and beans for dinner. Delicious!!!! After dinner we continued the boys’ movie education by watching “Unbreakable”. I forgot how much I love that movie!
