As we welcome the new year, we are relaxing today at home quietly after a fun visit from Jenny and Wynter. They finally arrives last Friday late morning after over 24 hours of crazy traveling after flight cancellations through Texas.
I made Aunt Jenny a University of Maryland Snail and Wynter a Squirrel!
The cousins are all getting TALLER!
Javalina came for a visit behind our fence. Zach asked if we could bust out the BBQ sauce! HA!
Walks in our wonderful woods with gorgeous views of our mountains! The weather has been gorgeous!
Mom opens her University of Wisconsin Santa hat gifted to her by her brother Jim and niece Christa. She immediate broke into the Wisconsin fight song.
Epic lightsaber battles!!!
Dixie, Derek, Wyn, Jenny, Ashton and I celebrated the New Year during the "Noon Year's Eve" Pinecone drop downtown Flagstaff yesterday. Wyn and Ashton enjoyed yummy treats from the Sweet Shoppe. Derek, Jenny, and I enjoyed warm coffee from Late for the Train as we waited for the Pinecone to ring in the new year! (well a little bit early. We all knew that none of us were going to make it to midnight!)
We were sad to see Wyn and Jenny leave this morning early. Until our next visit!!!
