Father's Day, Band Concerts, and Backyard Excavations!

 First off, Happy Father's Day!! 

We celebrated this afternoon with a family meal together.  The weather has been great and we have been grilling almost every day this week. 

I decided to dress up the table with fun fruit colors for celebrating summer! 

The guys have also been enjoying s'mores in the evenings around the fire pit.  WE love that the boys still like to hang out with us and chat! 

Friday night, the Flagstaff Community Band hosted its first concert downtown on Heritage Square.  Three generations of family were represented in the band!  Yippee!!! 

Please enjoy these pictures of Curie!  Her latest adventures include excavations in the backyard only to reveal a buried McDonald's Happy Meal toy from 2007 (our house was built in 2006)!  She is a budding archaeologist. So funny! 

Curie and her wood pile.  She likes to carry logs around the yard and chew on them.  She periodically buries them and/or changes their location.  Perhaps she is also part beaver???
