Spam and a Taste of the Windy City

Derek, the boys, and I spent the afternoon in Phoenix enjoying the musical “Spamalot” at the Arizona Broadway Theater. It was a lot of fun and great voices!

Afterwards we went to Lou Malnati’s restaurant where we enjoyed Chicago Style pizza. Total yum!!! We also loved the salad with the traditional red wine vinaigrette. It was 65 degrees which felt so warm after snow in Flagstaff. We chose to eat outside while the Phoenicians were huddled inside in winter coats and sweaters! They had heated on outside too which kept us very comfortable.
