Flagstaff Celtic Fest 2022

This afternoon we went over to Fort Tuthill to attend Flagstaff annual Celtic Heritage Festival. After a two year hiatus due to Covid, the festival was back in full swing. We enjoyed seeing tons of kilts (haha). Three different bands provided entertainment, one of them local, playing great music. It started off hot and sunny. Then the daily monsoon rolled in a dumped a ton of water. It was glorious!

Celtic bottle trio!

Ashton goes out for a rain dance while the rest of us stayed dry in the entertainment tent.

I shortly gave in and joined Ash for the dance along with other audience members! So much fun!!! Ashton won a free CD from the band, Killian’s Angels, for being one of the best and wettest rain dancers. (I just loved acting like a goofball in the rain with my boy!)

And here is a picture from earlier today where I helped my co-fitness instructors, Vicky and Janelle, launch the new quarterly release of BodyCombat and BodyPump choreography. We had two packed classes! It was a fun, swampy sweat-fest!

  1. Fun day--even though the temperature dropped more than 20 degrees in just minutes! Dixie
