I have been solo and team teaching this week with the new release of weight lifting choreography and music. Here is a picture of me after team teaching with co-instructor, Angie, at the East side Flagstaff Athletic club location. So much fun!

Ashton is back to swimming lessons. Only one more day until he is an official teenager!!! Zach is also back to his tennis lessons!
I had my three running girlfriends over last night for an informal tea party. It was a great excuse to finally use my Grandma Ruchti’s bone China teacups.
The boys got haircuts this morning. Zach shaved all of his off.
Throwback to his first year (and also a buzz-head!). Still a cutie-patootie!

Ashton received his Covid booster shot yesterday evening. He is feeling rather punky and feverish this afternoon. Snyx is helping him rest and feel better!
My projects today have been running around the neighborhood (what else right?) and taking the Christmas ornaments off the tree in preparation for creating Ashton’s birthday tree for celebration tomorrow! This afternoon is devoted to tea and reading. (And snoozing! Derek is already ahead of me with reading/napping! Ha!).
