Derek snd the boys met me at the park after the race where we enjoyed a picnic lunch. We then went in a fairly challenging 3 mile hike looping around Chimney Rock and hiking up to the summit of Sugarloaf. Gorgeous!!!

What a great day!!!! After nine miles of running and hiking, I am ready not to move tomorrow. Ha! Came home, cleaned up, and made homemade Chinese Mongolian Beef and Egg Drop Soup. Yum!
