Puzzling out 2021!

Happy New Year everyone! 

Derek continues to improve daily. 

Today’s big activity was starting a new puzzle. Batman-themed! 



I also made a slow cooker enchilada soup recipe that everyone enjoyed and will go into our winter food rotation!
