Getting Up and About

After a restful night, Derek was up and about and made himself a breakfast of juice and cinnamon toast. He was asking after our meal plans for the rest of the day so his appetite is still good. He is moving around well. Bending over isn’t much fun. Anyway, his color is back today. He hasn’t needed to take any of his pain medication so far. So recovery is going well. He is currently enjoying reading in the sun.
