A hike around Marshall Lake

Today we went and hiked around Marshall Lake and then took a drive down to see Mormon Lake and then to Happy Jack to glimpse the Discovery Telescope. 

We saw an orange ribbon snake - a variety of non-venomous garter snake.

We also picked up two bags of trash. Boo for litter bugs! Shame on you! 

A great view of the San Francisco Peaks from Mormon Lake! (My goal is to bike out and back to Mormon Lake this summer- a 50 mile round trip) 





Silly boys! 

We came home and made Italian sandwiches with olive tapenade. So yummy!!!!



Tonight we watched Shazam the movie. Really fun and entertaining superhero movie!
