Fresh Air!

Today was nice and sunny! Thank goodness! It allowed all of us to get outside for some exercise and fresh air. However, after breakfast we were bound and determined to finish the 2000 piece Star Wars puzzle. I wore my Yoda tank during my core workout this morning for motivation! 

Here are Ashton and Derek putting in the last few pieces! The dark space pieces were the most difficult. Space is a difficult environment!!!! Haha!!! 





Derek went outside and fired up the grill for hot dogs for lunch. Yum!!!

After lunch, we walked over to Grandpa Cliff and Grandma Dixie’s house to pick them up for a walk/scavenger hunt in the woods. We found about 2/3 of the items on our list. Oh darn! We will have to go outside AGAIN to find the other items!

Ashton originally said that we should have “computer parts” on the scavenger hunt list. We discouraged him as that would not be a likely find. Well, guess what Derek found out in the woods? (Eyeroll!) 

After our walk, we enjoyed the fire for a bit until it became too cold. I practiced flute and Zach practiced  his viola. We had burritos for dinner. Derek and I are now watching the series Star Trek Picard and are looking forward to another episode or two of that later this evening.
