Plans thwarted!

So we were planning on going to the water park up in Independence, KS today since it is Hot, Hot, Hot!!! However Zach woke up this morning with a stomach bug. He was much better by noon. However we though we would be better off with a low-key day. I spent most of the day studying for my OMA exam and doing laundry. The boys played video games, etc. Derek and I also cleaned the refrigerator. Woohoo! It was actually nice to have a quiet day. Storms are supposed to roll in tonight and cool things off. We will see what tomorrow brings!
