Quote of Election Day

Said by Ashton (in his usual dictatorial very loud voice) at the voting booth while Derek was casting his vote this evening. "You know Dad, if you vote for either of those two people, you will get world war three!" (Not sure where Ash picked up this thinking, but um ok.) 

Said the man voting next to them with a chuckle, "Out of the mouths of babes." 

With a wink Derek reassured him, "Don't worry, I've got it covered." 

Course we will all wait with baited breath as to what Ash says tomorrow when he hears who won the popular vote and pray it does not result in a call home from his teacher. Ha! Sigh...
