Now I understand Sedona Red

We took a trip down to Sedona today, about 35 miles south of Flagstaff. Wow! I think this is my favorite part of the trip so far. The red rock formations were fabulous and contrasted nicely with the green cacti and vegetation. We hiked for 3.5 miles in Red Rock State Park.

    These are certainly the places where the boys can make good use of their field glasses. 😃

    I have always loved Sedona ever since I first saw it in 1982!

    Did you see the chapel on the hill?

    Back then population there was very small!
