Schools closed!

School has been cancelled today due to the massive amount of rain that we are getting, plus at least one school is without power. 

I am currently sitting on a plane trying to fly to Dallas and then on to Memphis. My original 9am flight was delayed till 10:30am so am on an earlier flight. (Benefits of getting to airport early). However this one is now delayed due to the weather by 30 min. So I will likely depart close to my original flight time yay. More soon!  Just hoping my other colleagues who I am meeting in Memphis make it ok. They have the rental car.
