Thanks Ash! There will be much of that today as I woke up congested with a scratchy throat. (Darn allergies.) 

Running buddies were awesome this morning as they met me at my house at 5:30 am to run around and around the block for 3 miles so I could keep the house in sight before the boys woke up. (They did not even know I was gone!)

    At 5:30 am...I would barely know you were gone.

    That's not true, because Lori 's alarm goes off at that time. Bad thing she doesn't even stir! I'm awake at the first note!

    She's a tough one to wake up!
