We are slowly building up to a big Halloween day tomorrow! This morning we feasted on Derek's famous baked potato and bacon omelets. Then after paying bills (me) it was off to the store (Target) for groceries and to pick up pants for the boys (with the colder weather, both boys were in need), as well as other odds and ends. We came home and spent time outside again since the weather has been so pleasant, grilling sausage and hot dogs. Then we came inside for some quiet time where the boys played video games and I worked on work stuff as I have another big presentation coming up on Tuesday (ugh). Around 5:30pm we headed out for a family walk/bike ride. How nice! Snickers loved having a grand parade for a raus. We then put up the big blow-up "punkies" to help greet trick-or-treaters tomorrow night! The boys will be going to bed soon. Then Derek and I will continue the weekend fright fest with the latest episode of "The Walking Dead"!
Greg, Jenny, and Wyn- your picnic today looked fantastic! Sorry we missed skyping with you, but definitely plan for this weekend :)
So jealous of those omelets! Yay for bike rides! Good call on "The Walking Dead", maybe we'll start watching that in honor of the holiday as well :) And yep...we'll be ready for Skyping next weekend, too. Wyn was a little stressed yesterday evening, so it's ok we didn't see you online. Have a great week!
