Cleaning Up the Town?

Came across this scene taking Ash to daycare this morning.  Someone had put LOTS of detergent in the fountain in front of the Bartlesville Community Center.  There were big sudsy foam clouds blocking traffic.  Ash got really excited, pointing and saying "bubbles, bubbles!".  Too funny.  I guess someone decided a "clean" practical joke was in order prior to the new school year.

You can see the tiny jet of water squirting above all of the suds.
