Zachary's PreK Class Ornament party took place this afternoon. We were concerned that he may not be able to attend as he had a yucky stomach again this morning. We kept him home in the morning for observation. After successfully eating a later breakfast and lunch with no incident, he and I went in to his school at 1pm for the 1.5 hour-long party. It was great fun. We worked together to make a different ornament in each of the different PreK classrooms. They included a candy cane , an icicle (my favorite), a snowman (Zach's favorite), a reindeer, a Christmas domino, a snowflake, and a Christmas tree. When we returned home, we hung all of the ornaments, as well as a paper Christmas lights garland that he made earlier in the week, on the small Christmas tree. It was a great way to begin our Holiday vacation. Zach is currently wrapped in the fuzzy Purdue blanket, fast asleep on the couch. Hopefully a good nap will help him get back to feeling 100%.
