Happy Birthday Grandpa Randy! And also a belated-birthday to Aunt Jenny (we sent her a card but forgot to honor her with a blog post- oops!). During his visit, we celebrated Grandpa's milestone with cake and candles! Have a great day! Be on the lookout for cards and a package in the mail!
Derek successfully made it through round 4 of his chemotherapy yesterday. He is doing ok- tired and some neuropathy effects, but all in all he is doing well. He will be relaxing today. Zach had a rough day yesterday. His class took a field trip to the Pumpkin Patch. However, he was throwing dirt, was placed in time out and proceeded to have a temper tantrum. He would not calm down, so he was the only student who did not come back with a pumpkin. I feel so bad for him because he was really looking forward to the trip and getting a small pumpkin of his very own. But he has to learn that his behavior has consequences. Hopefully he will have a better day at school today.
