The Peckish Pirates Puzzle

Per tradition, we worked our annual magic puzzle during the holidays. This one was, of course, pirate themed! I lost one piece (boo!!!) but it did not ruin the puzzle experience. 

Here is the initial stage 1 of the finished puzzle. 

Spoiler alert!!!! Do not look ahead if you plan on doing this puzzle!!!! 

Here is the final puzzle after rearrangement of the initial puzzle and completion of the new center piece. The pirates found their candy treasure in the dragon cave! Too cute! 

The whole puzzle is like a maze/pirate scavenger hunt. The pirates definitely have a sweet tooth. I love all of the mythical creatures in the puzzle too. Here are some close-ups. Can’t wait to do the next magic puzzles- a favorite snow day activity!
