Taco and Tequila Date Night

 Last night we had a wonderful evening hosting our friends Carrie and Jim for tacos and sampling some tequila-based cocktails from the latest “Speed Rack” Shaker and Spoon box. Such a fun and relaxing evening! It looks like a ton of drinking from the pictures, but actually there was more food (consumed, not pictured  ha! Sorry) and a lot more conversation than drinks.  The drinks are just more fun to picture! 

The first drink was Diablo en Verano which had a tart blueberry-peppercorn syrup and ginger beer for mixers. A zippy way to start the evening! 

The Sonabula had jalapeño infused tequila, lemon juice, and chamomile syrup. A very pretty and “serene” drink. Great for sipping post-tacos. 

The last drink was a Cherry Pie old fashioned. Went great with the chocolate chip cookies that Carrie baked for our party!
