Rick Rolling!

Ashton has been having a blast (both literally and figuratively!) at marching band camp. This week, the full band is together. The different instrument sections are having “spirit competitions” for the next few days with prizes and bragging rights at stake. Today’s theme was “dress as a celebrity”. Ashton dressed up as Rick Astley (of the song “never gonna give you up” 1980s fame). I think the resemblance is great minus the red hair. 

On Sunday, the boys went with me to Buffalo Park to meet my friend Sandy as she was volunteering at a Puppy adoption event for High Country Humane. After cuddling the puppies, we had fun walking around the park a bit before the monsoons unleashed for the day.

The boys then came home and cuddled Snyx. She loved it!
