Prepping the Casita!

Grandma Peggy and Grandpa Randy are arriving next week to start getting the house here ready for their move from Indiana. They plan to stay in their house during their visit so our family and Grandma Dixie have been donating items to make their stay pleasant in a mostly bare house. 

Derek and Zach put together the futon that Gma and Gpa had delivered to the house. Not an easy feat, but better directions than IKEA! 





It is amazing how just a few items like card tables/chairs, TV trays, spare rocking chairs, and a few other odds and ends can make a home, maybe not perfect, but perfectly functional! 

The furniture even coordinates…sort of… haha!!!











Grandma Dixie and Grandpa Cliff had found, and nabbed, these perfectly good outdoor chairs and cushions on the side of the road during bulk trash week a year or so  ago. They have just been waiting for use and this is a perfect opportunity!
