Tomato Fest at Violas Nursery

We went to check out all of the wonderful flowers, herbs, fruits, and veggies at Viola’s nursery today to help Derek get ideas for his garden. (I voted for planting some chocolate mint and mojito mint plants as well a spicy Mexican oregano. So wonderfully fragrant and tasty!) It was Viola’s official “Tomato Fest” to kick off the gardening season. It was a very windy day!  The violets were gorgeous!!

Mom and Dad gifted me with a basket of nice red, orange, and yellow flowers for the porch!

Dad and Derek had fun pursuing items at a new local liquor store. Dad bought us some delicious prickly pear liqueur which was a very tasty addition to margaritas! Cheers!

After a dinner of grilled burgers and salad, Ashton treated us to a mini-concert!

Zach was “helping” while eating his third burger of the day.
