It’s a Pork Green Chile Stew and Corn Bread Kind of Night!

Cold and rainy tonight. The warm stew in the slow cooker made the house smell amazing and warmed us right up! 

Meanwhile, Zach and the “sad hamburger” saga continues in hilarious fashion! 

Also I really liked this book even though it was almost 800 pages. It was like a mashup between Day of the Triffids, The Walking Dead, The Matrix, Terminator, Stephen King’s book The Stand, and Michael Crighton’s book Prey.
