Hiking 17+ miles on the AZT!

Clara and I hiked from Marshall Lake on the Arizona Trail to Fisher Point and back this morning. Signage indicated the hike should have been 14-15 miles. Well according to our gps watches, we went 17-18 miles. Beautiful sights, and with all of the monsoon moisture it is just so green and lush with wildflowers everywhere!!!

We did it! Grand Canyon here we come! Only just over a month away! 

Now in my post-trail happy place - beer and grill/fire!
