Hacienda in the House! (Haha!)

We made copy-cat Hacienda Restaurant wet burritos tonight for dinner. Delicious! Thanks Grandma Dixie for finding the recipe! 

For the uninitiated, Hacienda is a Mexican restaurant in northern Indiana. It is not very spicy, but is basically comfort food for those of us, like Derek and I, who grew up with it. So now we can make this recipe when missing and needing a bit of “home”. They boys love it too! The picture below is Zach enjoying his second (giant) helping!!!!
