Spring updates!

After last week’s snow, it is finally spring. This has inspired some spring cleaning and organizing/tidying around the house over the past week and a half. Last weekend, I raked pine needles and picked up sticks, collecting 3 big bags of debris. Today Derek and I hauled rocks around (both big and small) to clean up the landscaping. We hauled many small rocks from the backyard to the front to update the “rock stream”. We rolled boulders around. So glad that we have a wheel barrow. The front yard is coming along nicely.

Last week we cleaned up and updated the fire pit area and Derek washed windows. 



We added some additional hooks in the garage for organization of hats and hiking items. 

We have a new shoe bench for organization of shoes and other regularly-used items like Snyx’s leash. This also prompted clean out and reorganization of the hall closet, which then lead to clean out of my closet and all bathroom drawers/cabinets.
