Derek and I went on a mountain bike ride date this morning. We are really enjoying our spring weather.
Last Friday Zach was unfortunately beaten by a senior on his tennis team in a challenge match for his varsity spot. So he has not gotten to play during any of the 4 matches played this week, although he has been there to cheer his teammates on. This was disappointing as 3 out if 4 matches were here in Flag (only away matches are left for the season). However, his coach did decide to rotate him back on to varsity and he will play in the varsity away matches taking place next week. Derek and I may drive down to Phoenix to watch him play. The Flagstaff tennis team is currently undefeated and ranked number 1 in their division! He is playing in a northern Arizona tennis round robin tournament tomorrow (not school related) so we will definitely get to watch him play tomorrow. Here he is with his teammates as they were watching and cheering on their number 1 singles player as he played snd won a very challenging match this afternoon. Flagstaff continues with their winning streak!
In other news, the boys are dog-sitting for the neighbor’s three dogs this weekend. They are very sweet pups (even though Snyx likes to blast them with barks through the fence!). Ash is on the couch with Kirk and Leeha.
