Middle School Ninja!

Ashton had his official first day of sixth grade in-person schooling at Mount Elden Middle School today! Snyx and I walked him to the bus stop. He is all bundled up in the picture below because it was cold outside. This week at MEMS is dedicated to sixth grade orientation. Seventh and eighth grades will join in-person starting March 29. He said that he had a lot of fun seeing and talking to his friends in person. He also said that lunch was “actually pretty good” (bbq bacon cheeseburger, baked tater fries, and fruit pear cup—— tomorrow is spicy chicken sandwich. He is excited!) 

He came home with new MEMS swag including a face mask and a water bottle and hand sanitizer with logos from the construction company that is performing renovations and  updates to his school building.
