More cooking experiments!

Since Zach does not like lasagna (because of all of the cheese), we decided to try a saucy meat and mushroom version of cannelloni using jumbo pasta shells (since manicotti noodles are almost impossible to find here in Flag.  Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses were only melted over the top. It was very tasty, but next time we are going to make it as a meat lasagna with cheese only on the top layer to save on time and effort!
