This is how we celebrate completing the first day back to school:

Italian sausage soup with mozzarella quesadillas! 

And starting a new book! 

Some dogs decided to take an afternoon break from school to get some sun and fresh air! 

Both boys had a good day and are excited about the school year. (They both also ate lunch as well as during all of their online class breaks. I swear they are hobbits! They also had snacks at Grandma Dixie’s house when they went to report about their first day.  I will need to buy more snacks!)
