We celebrated with green chile cheeseburgers! This was the last of our New Mexico chile. We will have to plan a fall trip to visit NM to get some fresh roasted green chile. I also surprisingly liked the Blue Moon iced coffee beer. Malty and refreshing!
We picked up our bikes after tune-up at the bike shop. So much less expensive compared to tune-ups in Oklahoma. Must be because we live in a college town?
The boys helped with house cleaning today. Derek and Zach worked on vacuuming. Zach and I also cleaned out his room and school backpack of unwanted school papers and other stuff generating a full bag of trash! Ashton wielded the wand of power and helped me clean all of the bathrooms. Yay!
Thanks to Grandpa Randy and Grandma Peggy who sent Ashton a sundial. We are looking forward to finding the perfect spot for it tomorrow!
I made the homemade coconut, cranberry, white chocolate oatmeal cookies mix that was included in my wine basket. Delicious!!!!
Since Ashton finished the His Dark Materials novel trilogy, we have been enjoying watching the HBO series based on the book. We were pleasantly surprised to learn Lin Manuel Miranda of Hamilton fame stars in the series!
