Ashton attended a very small get-together with friends. Here he is pictured with his “girlfriend” crush, J (short for Juliana) from his class at school. It was her birthday today. She loves dinosaurs so Ashton got her a Lego Dino set that makes three different kinds of dinosaurs. Too cute!
I remembered to wear green! Derek and I voted in the afternoon and went to the grocery store (ground beef, chicken, pasta, rice, cereal, and eggs were all out of stock as well as the all important TP aisle. Crazy! Luckily beer and wine and FRESH VEGETABLES were in great abundance!) I spent the morning with Terry learning more flute repair techniques- specifically installing cork and felt shims for flute keys. Zach’s major accomplishments- he walked the dog and has played multiple games of online chess.

We had corned beef for dinner while listening to Irish bar songs! Notice the large salad of fresh veggies!!!! Yay for vitamins and antioxidants!!!!

Prediction for 8-12 inches of snow over the next 2 days. Time to hunker down even more with tea and a good book.

Trying to keep positive and a sense of humor through all of this. Here are some Tuesday Thoughts. First the funny!
This one was made by a Librarian. Ha! (Question- What about World War Z?)
And now a bit of peace and hope.

And if you need a pick me up or an escape read a book, go for a walk, hug a dog, or just be still and remember yourself.

I have either read the books or seen the movies you referred to except "Brazil." Hadn't even heard of it. Maybe this would be a good time NOT to read it!
