Yesterday the boys, Grandma Dixie and I participated in the Flagstaff Public Library Escape from the Library Hogwarts edition yesterday afternoon. Parents and kids were split into two respective teams to go to different wizarding “classes” at Hogwarts and complete various puzzles and tasks within an hour. So much fun testing our knowledge of JK Rowling’s Harry Potter novels and her wonderful wizarding world! Both the parent and Kid’s teams completed all tasks and escaped being sent to detention with the dreaded Dolores Umbridge! The librarians did such a great job decorating and organizing the event!

That morning, we had a wonderful brunch at Josephine’s American bistro. Such a great opportunity to dine al fresco with the grandparents.
Derek ordered the donuts with berries and ricotta reduction! Yum!
This morning I worked off that morning brunch with a 24 mike round trip bike ride to Upper Lake Mary. So beautiful!
