Jenks Half Marathon 2018

Another Jenks Half in the books.  I set a slow and steady pace and ran the whole thing (minus water stops). Not my fastes run but 13.1 miles in 2 hours 18 minutes. Felt great! I just dialed in and zoned out to my music. Great weather and fall colors running through the Jenks countryside! 

Thanks to Jon and Shelley Vilardo for driving and to Shelley who kept my sweatshirt warm for me at the finish line. Jon ran a great race!
