Saying goodbye to a dear Aunt!

We drove to Rockville, IN from Washington DC on Thursday to attend the funeral for and say goodbye to Derek’s dear Great Aunt Lillian. She was buried on the day that she would have turned 93 years old. She was a fantastic woman- so kind-hearted and an like another Grandma to Derek and the boys. She loved jigsaw puzzles and a good beer! I am so glad that I was able to get to know her. She will very much be missed. 

We know that she is now reunited with Uncle Charlie and hope that they both had fun celebrating her birthday together!
