Relaxing in Ruidoso

We spent the morning relaxing at our rental house. Then we ventured out at lunchtime to eat heavenly New Mexican food at Tina’s Cafe. Then we went on a 6 mile hike on the trail and around the lake at the Inn of the Mountains Gods. Then we stopped for playground shananigsns, then back home to enjoy the sunset!

Spotted a herd of about 40 elk in someone’s yard!!! They make the local mule deer look tiny! 









Time for popcorn while viewing the sunset! 











Helping Dad play a game on the iPad while enjoying the warmth of the gas log stove and the stars coming out!
