Origami in the Garden

We drove downtown late this afternoon to visit the latest Price Tower art exhibit, “Origami in the Garden”. What a cool little exhibit! The paper folding was really intricate. 

Derek and I like the praying mantis the best! 

Here is the paper folding pattern for the mantis.  Amazing!

Pegasus! 

Here is a mound of the paper folded to make the Pegasus. It is a piece of art in its own right! 

Second favorite was the poison dart frog. So tiny and intricate. The eyeballs are amazing!

Ashton makes his own art: a butterfly! 



After visiting the exhibit, we went to Frank and Lola’s for dinner and enjoyed burgers! Yum! Now at home playing Clue! What a great evening!
