BodyPump 104 in the books!

All of the BodyPump instructors got together this morning to teach the new choreography/music release to a full house of participants. We (the instructors) decided to dress up for the launch (as is tradition) with a USA/Olympics theme this morning to honor the upcoming games! It was a blast!!!! I am glad to have a home teaching at the Y. I will start teaching regularly on Fridays at 5:45 am starting next week. Woohoo!
