Foot continues to mend, but it does not look pretty. Can you tell which one is swollen? And nope, those aren't tan lines! Zach says that my foot color looks like Halloween threw up on it. Ha!
So I have given up plans for the half marathon on Saturday. I am sure another will come along (maybe December) when my foot is healthy.
Meanwhile, we indulged in homemade bread and broccoli and cheese soup tonight. Glad there is something that I make that all three boys live to eat!!

Zach had a great day st school with a celebration lunch field trip to Mazzios for pizza buffet with other kids who achieved 3.5 GPA or better in the first quarter. Go Zach!
Ash donated over half of his Halloween candy loot to a collection for deployed soldiers today at his school. He did this without prompting from us. We are proud of his generosity!
Yay Zach for the good grades! Yay Ash for donating! Yay for yummy food! The foot will heal...even if Halloween threw up on it.
