And new experiment, avocado on sweet potato toast. I modified it by making guacamole instead. Ash and I were the only ones game to try it. Our verdict. Guacamole = awesome. Guacamole on toasted sweet potatoes = weird. Won't be making that again. Everything else was super awedome!
