Home ownership is fun!

Yay new A/C and heater combo! So exciting and exactly what I wanted (not). 

Cheers to Mom and Dad whose water heater also went out and was replaced today. The appliances are rebelling!

    Yes, it's so hard to spend money on things that are so ugly! But, alas, we must be clean and cool!
