Congrats also to my niece, Wyn, who did a great job running a 1K race today. So proud of her!!!! She will be kicking my butt one day I am sure!

When the weekend, girls must run!
I ran in the inaugural Fleet Feet half marathon this morning. Fantastic cooler weather for a run today. Great route through downtown, under the Route 66 bridge, and on the paths alomg the Arkansas River. Great run despite the significant headwind during the second half - as well as the last mile that was mostly uphill coming back into downtown. Now home, clean, and sitting in the sun on the patio with Snyx fantasizing about lunch. Ha!
