A Day in Pawnee, OK

Today we traveled to Pawnee,OK (about a 1 hr 45 min drive) with the Blanchard Family for the annual Steam & Gas Engine Show. Really fun! We ate fair type food and had the opportunity to see all sorts of old style tractors and other equipment powered by steam. After about 3 hours, we drive to Pawnee Lake for playground fun. Then we ate dinner at the famous Clicks Steakhouse. Wonderful food! Then we enjoyed listening to a great bluegrass/western band play while the kids ran around the town square. Great weather, great friends! A fantastic day!

  1. Steam shows are great FAMILY events to attend.

The man-powered ride looks like the one I had at Lapaz Elementary School!
