Landed in LA around 11am. Skipped lunch to make appointments at our Phillips 66 Lubricants blend plant followed by a tour of one of our product third party blenders, Lubricating Specialties Company. After sustaining on water and granola bars, hit the In-N-Out Burger at 4:30pm CA time. Yummy!
No I did not have two burgers and double fries; one belongs to my coworker!
The burger joint is located at the end of one of the LAX runways. Great views of the planes landing as we ate!
Only in LA: An ancient VW bug next to a Tesla.
Next up, evening flight to Oakland, CA. Surprisingly wide away considering I have been awake since 2:30 am CA time.
