Started the day off with a 13 mile run with the girls. Came home to pancakes topped with fresh strawberries, bananas, and apricot jam with side of sausage links. Then started laundry, moved furniture to accommodate painters this coming week, finished and submitted taxes (groan), finished Kindergarten homework, and then finally had time for Easter fun. Easter egg hunting commenced on this cold, dreary day while lovely steaks simmered on the grill. Snickers had a tizzy of joy while the kids ran around the yard hunting eggs. She just loves having us all outside with her. Now after eating our fill, going to relax and play games :) (with a side of candy and chocolate). I head to California for the week tomorrow for work, so savoring the family time!
