We then spent the afternoon hiking at Redbud Valley Nature Preserve in Catoosa, OK. Great rugged trails among limestone formations. A bit muddy at times from the recent rains, but really fun!
Of course half way through the hike, Mr. Ashton had to go #2 and went in his pants. We were wondering why he was lagging behind. Needless to say, the superman underpants are no longer with us and Derek is a bit scarred from the bathroom cleanup experience. In the words of Zach, "If you have to do it, best to poop on Superman than Batman." I totally agree.
On a related note, Snickers, who is currently housed in the master bedroom and bath when we are away to allow the workmen easier through access in the house, decided to take out her frustrations by obliterating a pair of MY underwear from the laundry. I guess she was mad that she could not go along to Incredible Pizza. Either way, undergarments are not doing so hot this weekend!
